• Drazenko Mitrovic and Borislava Peric Rankovic are the only athletes to have won multiple medals representing Serbia.

• Borislava Peric Rankovic claimed silver in women's table tennis singles class 4 in 2008 and 2012.

• Drazenko Mitrovic also claimed two medals, two silver medals in men's discus throw - F53/54 in 2008 and F54/55/56 in 2012.

• In 2012, Zlatko Kesler became Serbia's oldest medal winner at the Paralympic Games, claiming silver in men's table tennis singles class 3 at the age of 52.
