1.Chentouf took part in his first marathon race at the World Cup in London in 2013 – and won with a new T12 world record time – 2:24.00.
2.The Moroccan won triple gold at the 2013 World Championships – in the 1,500m, 5,000m and marathon.
3.Chentouf knocked more than 30 seconds off the 5,000m T12 world record when he won Paralympic gold in 2012.
4.The same year, he finished second in the Moroccan able-bodied 10,000m.
5.The 34-year-old tops the global rankings in the 5,000m T12 this year.
The IPC Athletics World Championships will take place in Doha, Qatar, between 21-31 October, attracting 1,400 athletes from 100 countries.
