To assist with the establishment of the financial policies, guidelines and procedures, including the development of the budget and the accounting activities.
Established to provide expert advice and consultation to the IPC on finance-related matters.
Membership: The Audit and Finance Committee shall normally be comprised of six members, including the Chairperson and five members at large. The Committee meets at least once a year.
Function: To assist with the establishment of the financial policies, guidelines and procedures, including the development of the budget and the accounting activities. The Audit and Finance Committee is responsible for advising the Governing Board in areas of financial issues. It develops proposals and ideas for IPC Solidarity and Development Projects, IPC Membership Fee Policy and other IPC policies related to finance.
