Andorra has yet to claim its first medal at the Paralympic Winter Games.

The NPC made its debut at the Salt Lake City 2002 Paralympic Winter Games.

The highest finish for any athlete from Andorra at the Paralympic Winter Games was achieved by Francesca Ramirez at the Torino 2006 Paralympic Winter Games, as she finished eighth in the women's slalom visually impaired.

Xavi Fernandez Vazquez was the only athlete representing Andorra at the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games, but he did not manage to achieve a finish as he was disqualified in men's giant slalom sitting and did not finish in men's slalom sitting.
