    Paige Greco, Australia, track cycling

The 22-year-old debutant won the women’s 3km individual pursuit in world record time before going on to set world records also in the women’s 500m time trial C3 and 200m flying sprint C3.

    Maxime Montaggioni, France, snowboard

Came back from a heartbreak injury at PyeongChang 2018 to win both men’s SB-UL disciplines at the World Championships in Pyha, Finland.
