    It has to be said that Instagram is dominated by alpine skiers, snowboarders and ice sledge hockey players. They have a great sense of humour and will take you to some pretty awesome locations with the stunning photographs. Here is a guide of the top 14 accounts to follow. Oh, and make sure you’re following @paralympics too!

    If you are looking for recipes for a healthy meal, US snowboarder Nicole Roundy is your Paralympian to follow on Instagram. You will also get to know her team mates as she does not like to be alone in a picture.

    Growing up on Maui, USA’s Evan Strong never could have imagined chasing gold on a snowboard. Follow him on Instagram for cool training and racing pictures.
