PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games to get underway on 9 March
A total of 570 athletes from 49 delegations will compete across six sports: alpine skiing, biathlon, cross-country, Para ice hockey, snowboard and wheelchair curling. They will be held between 9 and 18 March in the South Korean city.

Pisa, Italy, will host the second World Cup of the year between 9 and 11 March.
Wheelchair Rugby Quad Nations
World No.1 Australia, No.2 USA, No.4 Japan and No.5 Great Britain will face-off in Leicester, Great Britain, between 9 and 11 March as preparation for the 2018 World Championships in Sydney, in August.
World Para Athletics Grand Prix
The sixth season of the Grand Prix series will get underway in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between 13 and 16 March.
PTT Lignano Master Open
Men’s and women’s singles and team events will be contested in Lignano, Italy, from 14-17 March.
BISFED 2018 Ise Boccia Regional Open
The Japan Boccia Association will host their first ever BISFed sanctioned event in the city of ISE between 15 and 22 March, as preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix
This new major blind football competition will be divided into two tournaments: one for six of the world’s best teams and the other for national teams sitting outside the top 16. It will be held in Tokyo, Japan, from 18-25 March.
2018 World Shooting Para Sport World Cup
The first ever combined World Cup of Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun will take place in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, between 19 and 28 March.
UCI Para Cycling Track World Championships

The final qualification tournament for this year’s World Championships will be held in Jeju Island, South Korea, between 27 March and 1 April, with six male and six female teams competing.
