    World Para Powerlifting has shortlisted five phenomenal lifts from Nur-Sultan 2019, and now it is time to vote for the best lift of the World Championships.

    Public can now vote for their winner on World Para Powerlifting's Facebook , Twitter and Instagram pages and also on YouTube.

    The powerlifter with the most combined votes among all social media pages will be the winner.

    The nominations are:

    Bonnie Bunyau Gustin (Malaysia) - men's up to 65kg

    Folushade Olawafemiayo (Nigeria) - women's up to 86kg

    Sherif Osman (Egypt) - men's up to 59kg

    Donato Telesca (Italy) - men's up to 72kg (Junior)

    Cui Zhe (China) - women's up to 41kg

    You can watch their lifts on the video above.

    The winner will be announced on 2 August.
