Paralympic Partner Toyota pledges support to all four national teams.
Wheelchair basketball in Canada has received a significant boost with the news that Toyota Canada have signed a multi-year partnership to support the sport. The Worldwide Paralympic Partner will now also be Wheelchair Basketball Canada's Official Mobility Partner and Official Vehicle. The partnership will support all the Canadian wheelchair basketball national teams, the development of high performance athletes and grassroots initiatives.

"As a National Team program partner, Toyota Canada supports the holistic development of our athletes, ensuring we can provide world-class training opportunities so that Canada remains at the forefront of research and innovation that drives the evolution of the game.”
Toyota will also become the Presenting Sponsor of the organisation's Hoopfest event, and a Presenting Partner for the National Academy, maintaining a close tie to the training and development of high performance wheelchair basketball athletes. The National Academy at the Pan Am Sports Centre is the world's first dedicated, year-round, daily training facility for wheelchair basketball athletes.
